The Effective Way to Meditate

Transcendental Meditation is to intentionally disrupt thought flow. Stay grounded in your physical body for more effective meditation. Meditation is meant to connect you to your higher self. It will make you more clear, energized, focused and inspired. Not detatch you from the physical world so you get "blissed out" and chaos ensues.

1. Meditate on your full potential self. where your mind goes energy flows. If you can imagine it it's in your reality.

2. Get out of your head and into your heart.

-The brain burns a massive amount of energy.

-Multi-Tasking is an energy stealer.

-Don't let the mind wander into the non-existent future or ruminate over the past.

-This waste of energy is completely unnesscessary: Meaning and purpose is in the heart.

3. Be grounded in physical body after meditation.Effectively manage bliss body.
